My short story with neocities
I discovered neocities back in 2021, i don't remember how, but i immediately took interest in it: i made my first site (only archive available) around that year, i tried to maintain it for almost 2 years (from late 2021 to mid 2023), before i abandoned it and made a new site (this).

With neocities i slowly learned how to code (i'm stil a beginner tho), and you can see how my skills slowly grew (from using only templates to making my own codes).


Why did i made my own website?
Simple: to express myself and to have a place to call my own: modern social media and sites don't have that much personalization, expect Tumblr, Toyhouse, MySpace revivals and whatever chronically online teenagers use today (do you guys remember when everyone used Carrd?)
